My first hotpot experience, and I couldn’t have picked a better place! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. They took the time to explain how everything worked, which made me feel super comfortable even though I was completely new to it. They would frequently checked in throughout the meal to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, offering assistance whenever needed. 10/10 The ingredients were fresh, the broths were delicious, and the whole experience felt amazing. I’d absolutely recommend Sorae to anyone curious about hotpot whether it’s your first time or your hundredth!

The foods are fresh, I recommend the PHO broth so delicious! Restaurant looks fancy and warmly. Only there was a bit confuse when we first came, nobody explain yet till we asked how to order. Should fix that service then is perfect! All the staffs are friendly, was greeting us when we leave, Plus point!

Very good hot pot place. We fell a bit in between service and their lunch so we had to order everything in one go but the service was friendly. Food quality was very good and more than enough.
